Our Approach

KEEP THE HEAT ON THE ROOF.

Sacramento attics get brutal in the summer, and most of that heat radiates straight down through an unlined roof deck into your ceiling and ductwork. A radiant barrier reflects it back out before it ever gets the chance.

We fit the board tight to the rafters, cut it in clean around vents and framing, and top off any thin insulation while we're up there — so the fix is the whole attic, not just the parts that were easy to reach.
